Dog Daycare Reservations

Reservations can be made over the phone (call 408-736-7102) or email us at info@klubk9playcenter.com. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.

If your dog is visiting us for the first time, you will need to fill out a Registration Form, and fax it to 408-736-3048. The free Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader is required for the registration form.

Boarding Reservations

Overnight stays with Klub K9 Play Center offer cageless boarding, 24 hour supervision and private crates to sleep in(if your dog sleeps in a crate at home). Reservations can be made over the phone (call 408-736-7102) or email us at info@klubk9playcenter.com. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
